The KagyuRun-idea
To help finance the Europe-Center Project and to get the taste of its international spirit, KagyuRun brings runners and donors from centers of the different countries in an one-day event together - this year on the 2nd of October 2011.
Friends who run or bike or... kilometers and others who donate money for each kilometer is the basic fundraising idea. Doing this at the same day in as many Karma Kagyu centers as possible around the world and finish with a joined meditation makes the special spirit of being strongly connected and multiplying our energy!

| sponsors: | transform the kilometers of "their" runner(s) into Euro and donate the sum for the Europe center. |
| connected: | runners and sponsors register on this website (see 'registration'), you will be assigned randomly to your (international) partner. |
The events/runs take place locally throughout the world. Collection of the money will be after the run, once the results are reported.
Add-ons: The basic idea is: running - sponsoring - meditating - beeing connected. All kinds of extras (party, childrens program, retreat weekend, direct runner-sponsor connection...) are also possible to make the event to your event. Please notice: other disciplines than running are also possible.
